Aaaaah, there’s NOTHING better than summer in London, especially when you’re high above the streets and houses and sitting atop one of London’s finest restaurants.

And it’s getting to that time of year when cardigans are starting to be shed and parasols and cocktail glasses are being primed.

Happily (especially for us here at FoodNoise), our annual pilgrimage to the Bird of Smithfield Spritz Garden Rooftop is going to be even better this year as it’s undergoing a facelift and all will be revealed on Monday 8^th May.

Working closely (and tirelessly) with a number of high-level drinks’ ambassadors, there is going to be a bigger and better array of spritzers this summer to really quench your thirst. The Honeysuckle Fizz with honeyed & turmeric Belvedere vodka with fresh muddled plums, lemon, sparkling wine or Indian Summer with Jensen gin, ginger ale, apple, kafir lime, cucumber, cardamom, fizz are two we just can’t wait to get our laughing gear around whilst chilling out in a relaxed setting, surrounded by jasmine trees and scoffing light summer dishes from Head Chef extraordinaire, Tommy Boland.

Now that sounds like a Summer in the City we want to experience…
