TATTU LEEDS INTRODUCES NEW BOTTOMLESS COCKTAIL BRUNCH

22 Sep 2024

Modern Chinese restaurant and West Yorkshire stalwart Tattu Leeds, unveils an exclusive Saturday brunch that pairs sophisticated cocktails with a refined dining experience.

Much loved Tattu Leeds, known for (arguably) the best modern Chinese cuisine in our fair county, is over the moon (as are we), to unveil its newest brunch offering, combining the artistry of Far Eastern flavours with a contemporary twist.

Every Saturday, from 12pm to 3.45pm, guests at Tattu Leeds can indulge in a lavish brunch experience priced at a very reasonable £57.50 per person. Especially when you are bestowed with two courses of signature Tattu dishes and 90 minutes of unlimited, theatrical cocktails.

What a way to start the weekend!

The brunch kicks things off with a decadent selection of starters, such as Prawn and Sesame Crackers with nori and edamame guacamole, Short Rib Spring Roll with nam jim, carrot, and spring onion, and Pan Seared Pork Dumplings.

The main course features Tattu favourites like the Wok-Fired Angry Bird, roasted with chili pepper, cashews, and sesame honey soy, or the Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon, served with black pepper, pickled ginger, cucumber, and steamed jasmine rice. Additional dishes, like Peking Duck Pancakes, Caramel Soy Aged Steak Fillet, and Chinese Green Beans, can be ordered for an extra charge. A vegetarian menu is also available, offering dishes such as Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Spring Rolls and Kung Po Tofu.

Set the clock, because for 90 indulgent minutes, guests can enjoy free-flowing cocktails from Tattu’s opulent drink menu, ensuring the perfect start to the weekend. You’ll be stuck for choice from drinks like the refreshing Tiger Essence, a mix of sloe gin, blueberry, and pineapple, or the Cherry Highball, with tequila, cherry, soda, and lime. Other enticing options include the vibrant Flight of the Phoenix with vodka, blue curaçao, poppy, and apple, and the light Butterfly Pea Spritz, featuring gin, pink grapefruit soda, and butterfly pea.

All amid a backdrop of an expertly curated music selection, the mood will be set for this sophisticated Saturday brunch.
