Evoluzione, Kensington

Chef Andrea Angeletti, who held a Michelin-Star in his native Italy for eleven years, heads up the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Evoluzione. Although contemporary in style, Evoluzione oozes warmth and is cosy. Staff are charming, knowledgeable, but unobtrusive.
Dishes remain true to their Italian roots and traditions, but one will notice modern-day fusions – apparent in the dishes like Roasted Scallops, with Salicornia in Thai sauce and Crispy Bread.
