Ollie Dabbous opens Henrietta, Covent Garden

Nestled in Covent Garden, this restaurant was made in collaboration between celebrated chef Ollie Dabbous and The Experimental Group. Now joining the 17 other bars and restaurants the founders of the Experimental Group own together, Henrietta is serving up non-fussy yet elevated seasonal food for all tastes.

The restaurant holds at least 80, which is surprising considering that the Henrietta Hotel, which it sits under, only has 18 rooms. As far as food is concerned, expect simple yet masterfully created food with ingredient-led techniques. If you’re eager for a cocktail, you’ve come to the right place. The menu boasts a good number of craft cocktails specially made from the Experimental Group.
