With Duck Duck Goose, Oli brings us a BBQ restaurant pretty akin to those found on the streets of Hong Kong. A carnivore’s dream, the menu consists mainly of duck, pork and goose, prepared in traditional Chinese ways – fried, steamed or cooked in a wok. You’d be a fool if you skip the Prawn Toast Revisited. It keeps things traditional but with a very 21st century taste improvement. And as it’s a barbecue, you better wash all of it down with a beer.
