A Michelin-starred chef? Check. A three Michelin-starred chef? Check. A female three Michelin-starred chef? Ding ding ding. Here's Anne Sophie Pic, a Parisian superstar, teaming up with the Four Seasons Hotel to bring us La Dame de Pic.

It sure is an elegant venue, grade II listed complete with pillars and posts, white table cloths and designed by esteemed French architect Bruno Moinard, you certainly know you’ve stepped into somewhere special.

Pic has built her career the traditional way, from her family restaurant to Switzerland and Paris and now here in the capital with her 78 seat restaurant that oozes French charm when it comes to the food, but the decor is traditionally English. A nice coming together of cultures.

And to further expand the metropolitan melting pot, it is Italian Luca Piscazzi at the helm in the kitchen. And he and Pic will work together to showcase a whole range of fabulous and flavourful dishes alongside an extensive wine list.  All we can say is that it works.
