Secret Marmite Menu at Bill’s

Yes, we’re here all week. And Marmite is at Bill’s all month, well, from the 9th to the 31st January anyway, as part of a rather awesome ‘secret’ breakfast offering.
We had the pleasure or testing out the limited-edition breakfast, designed to refuel commuters across the UK after the hectic festive season, at the London Bridge outpost. But it’s available the length and breadth of our glorious nation at all Bills’ sites in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham and all other London branches.
All you need to do, is utter the code-phrase, ahem, ‘spread the love’, and you’ll unlock the super, secret breakfast menu.
But just what does this consist of? Well, the star attraction is the Marmite Rarebit; an indulgent mix of Marmite, crème fraiche, egg, English mustard and mature cheddar served on a toasted bloomer with two poached eggs and fresh parsley (£5.95). And yes, it really was as good as it sounds.
Wash it down with a Marmite Mary (£6.95) an awesome alcoholic breakfast cocktail made with Chivas Regal 12 year old (not vodka), tomato juice, cream, lemon and a special Marmite reduction, served with a stick of celery and slice of lemon. And a Virgin version (£4.95) is on offer for those dedicated souls among you pushing through Dry January. (Also available to buy together for £12 and £10 for the alcoholic and virgin versions respectively alongside the breakfast).
And as a final treat, every one of you lucky so and so’s who order from the secret menu, will be part of an exclusive set to receive an 8g ‘Mini-Mite’ pot, due to launch later this year.
